How to Submit a Ticket in the ModernLMS Support System

Welcome to the ModernLMs Ticketing System User Guide! This comprehensive guide is designed to help you navigate and leverage the full capabilities of our modern ticketing platform. Whether you’re a new user or looking to enhance your understanding, this guide provides step-by-step instructions, tips, and best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

  • Access the Support Portal
    Visit https://support.modernlms.com/ and click “Sign in” at the top right corner.

  • Log In
    Enter the login credentials provided to you.

  • Open the Dashboard
    Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the dashboard, where all your submitted tickets are displayed.

  • Create a New Ticket
    Click “Open a New Ticket”.

  • Select Help Topic & Provide Details

    • Choose the appropriate Help Topic category based on your issue or inquiry.

    • Fill in the Issue Summary and Detailed Description. Be sure to include:

      • Steps to reproduce the issue

      • Relevant links

      • Screenshots or attachments (if applicable)

  • Submit the Ticket
    Click “Create Ticket” to submit.
