Steps to Use Secure PDF in LMS

1. Prepare the PDF File

• Prepare the learning material in PDF format.
• Ensure the PDF content is final before uploading.
• (Optional) Add watermark information such as:
  • Learner name
  • Company name

2. Enable Secure PDF Protection

• Login to the LMS as an administrator or course creator.
• Navigate to the target course.

• Turn on Edit Mode.

• Click Add an Activity or Resource.

• Select Secure PDF / Protected PDF Viewer (depending on LMS plugin/module available).

• Upload the PDF file.

• Select “Save and display“

• Download button not available for learners.
